SPAIN (Whacked Planet) - Imam Mohamed Kamal Mustafa, author of the controversial book Women In Islam, was released today after serving a fifteen month sentence in a Spanish prison. Mustafa had thought he was on his way to fame and fortune and possibly the Oprah Winfrey show after publishing his book but saw his hopes dashed when a Spanish court sentenced him to prison for provoking violence. The book had instructed Muslim men on the proper methods of beating their wives without leaving bruises.
Imam Mustafa had a brief run of fame three years prior to that when he published his previous book "101 ways to have sex with yourself when no one is looking." Incidentally, that particular book was the only one besides the Koran that was not banned by the former Taliban government of Afghanistan.
Mustafa's lawyers had been outraged at what they perceived as an unfair court ruling. "Women In Islam was a harmless book. It taught Muslim men to beat their wives without leaving bruises. Notice the emphasis,” said attorney Ali Mohammed Abu Mujafir.
While serving in prison, Imam Mustafa was reportedly working on his next book titled, “What to have sex with when women don't turn you on anymore.”
The book has already been banned in every European country with exception of France and some parts of Germany.
